After extensive evaluation, the company adopted ZStack ZSphere to support its digital transformation and flexible supply chain systems, achieving both cost savings and enhanced business agility.  

With ZStack ZSphere, the company deployed a centralized management node at its headquarters, while each regional facility implemented its own ZStack ZSphere instance. These sites were connected to headquarters via dedicated lines or VPN, forming a centrally managed virtualization resource pool spanning more than 100 physical nodes. The new architecture retained the original design, leveraged local storage to build the virtualization platform, and supported legacy hardware reuse with smooth migration—effectively controlling capital expenditure.
