Globalization 2.0 | ZStack Partners with Cambodia’s MPTC and Ecosystem Allies to Empower Southeast Asia’s Digital Infrastructure

Recently, with the support of S.A. Solutions for Asia (SA), a delegation from the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications of Cambodia (MPTC) visited ZStack’s Shanghai headquarters and Alibaba Cloud’s Hangzhou headquarters for an in-depth exploration of cloud technologies. The parties reached a consensus on collaborative development for Cambodia’s digital infrastructure. During the visit, the MPTC delegation completed the ZStack ZCCE (ZStack Certified Cloud Engineer) advanced management training and received official certification, expressing high recognition of the ZStack ZCF cloud platform as the foundation for Cambodia’s government private cloud.

The visit was both comprehensive and focused. At ZStack’s Shanghai headquarters, the delegation held strategic discussions with the global executive team and toured the visitor center, engaging in in-depth exchanges on core topics such as national data center construction and government cloud deployment. ZStack tailored a specialized ZCCE training program covering core modules including cloud platform architecture, container cloud operations, and AIOS. The professional curriculum and hands-on exercises enabled the delegation to fully master platform operation and maintenance capabilities. All members successfully passed the certification, cultivating professional technical talent for the localization of Cambodia’s digital infrastructure. At Alibaba Cloud’s Hangzhou headquarters, the delegation gained insights into AI technology, public cloud ecosystems, and MaaS (Model-as-a-Service) capabilities, while visiting advanced data centers, laying a solid foundation for future ecosystem synergy between ZStack and Alibaba Cloud in building Cambodia’s digital infrastructure system.

The MPTC delegation’s in-depth visit and high level of recognition serve as strong evidence of ZStack’s technical prowess, product capabilities, and global service experience.
