ZStack@tcworld China 2025 From Agile to AI: Building High-Quality Documentation for ToB Software

tcworld China 2025, a premier conference in the field of technical communication, took place in Shanghai from May 22nd to 23rd. This annual flagship event brought together leading practitioners, technical innovators, and forward-thinking professionals from around the world to explore the evolving landscape of technical communication in China.

At the conference, Ling Pan, Technical Documentation Manager at ZStack, delivered a presentation titled “From Agile to AI: Challenges and Solutions for ToB Software Documentation”. She discussed two key challenges facing today’s technical communicators – Agile Documentation Delivery and Professional Translation in Specialized Domains – and shared how ZStack has addressed these challenges through the independent development of its Documentation DevOps Platform and AI Translation Platform.

Agile Documentation Delivery

Professional Translation in Specialized Domains

Amid business globalization, enterprises require high-quality translation to support their overseas expansion. While general-purpose large language models (LLMs) perform well in routine translation tasks, they may struggle with domain-specific content (e.g., software documentation), particularly in terms of terminology precision and stylistic adaptation.

To overcome this, ZStack developed its one-stop AI Translation Platform. Built on ZStack AIOS, the platform leverages custom-trained models tailored to specific business needs and product characteristics, delivering efficient and high-quality translation capabilities, including corpus management, real-time plain text translation, and batch file translation.
