To promote the deployment and application of secure and reliable diversified technologies in Hong Kong, ZStack, the Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D Centre (LSCM), and Alibaba Cloud Intelligence (Alibaba Cloud) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Drawing on their respective strengths in technology R&D, cloud computing, and the industrial ecosystem, the three parties will jointly advance the innovation and application of diversified technologies in Hong Kong, underpinning the region's digitalization and intelligent transformation.
About LSCM: The Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D Centre (LSCM) is established with funding from the Innovation and Technology Fund of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. It is committed to driving the modernization and "re-industrialisation" of Hong Kong enterprises, building a smart city, and promoting cooperation and synergy within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Through the R&D and innovation of diversified technologies, LSCM is deeply involved in smart-government informatization R&D as well as the commercialization and scenario-based application of innovative technologies.

The partnership focuses on general-purpose computing, artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity. The three parties will carry out joint innovation, supporting software and hardware adaptation for Hong Kong's government, institutions, and enterprises, and will progressively develop relevant evaluation and testing standards. They will also provide consulting services on diversified IT architectures and solutions that meet high national and international standards.
As Hong Kong's digital-intelligent transformation advances, balancing the compatibility, security, and practical application needs of diversified technologies has become a critical issue in digital infrastructure development. This partnership brings together LSCM's technology R&D and commercialization capabilities, Alibaba Cloud's cloud computing and AI technology ecosystem, and ZStack's technical expertise in virtualization, private cloud, and AI infrastructure, providing support for the adaptation and application of diversified technologies in Hong Kong.
Driving the application of diversified technologies through technological innovation, and strengthening the security and reliability of digital infrastructure through ecosystem synergy — going forward, the three parties will deepen their cooperation to jointly reinforce Hong Kong's electronic information security defense line and accelerate the building of Hong Kong's digital-intelligent ecosystem.
