The case Shenneng Property Insurance Co., Ltd. Full-Stack Xinchuang Private Cloud Platform Digital Transformation Application Practice, jointly submitted by Shenneng Property Insurance Co., Ltd. and ZStack, was selected as a practice achievement in the "Xinchuang Cloud" special topic under the Information Technology Application Innovation direction. This also marks the fourth consecutive edition in which ZStack has received "Dingxin Cup" recognition. The 5th "Dingxin Cup" set up 31 special topics across six directions: digital infrastructure, digital-intelligent technology platforms, digital-intelligent business, industry digital convergence, information technology application innovation, and the digital-intelligent future. Among them, the "Xinchuang Cloud" special topic focuses on the actual application outcomes after a domestic digital foundation is built, including capabilities such as business system hosting, elastic resource scheduling, data security management and control, emergency assurance, resource utilization improvement, and core business continuity.
For financial institutions, Xinchuang construction has long since moved beyond simply replacing a batch of servers, operating systems, or virtualization software.
As insurance business continues to digitize, the underlying infrastructure must not only meet requirements for self-controlled, secure, and compliant operations, but also balance stable operation, unified resource management, business continuity, and future business expansion. How to avoid creating new technology silos and management complexity while advancing domestic substitution has become a more realistic challenge in financial Xinchuang construction.
Based on business development and infrastructure evolution needs, Shenneng Property Insurance Co., Ltd. launched a key infrastructure project for domestic digital transformation, driving its IT infrastructure to complete cloud-native and domestic upgrades simultaneously. The project builds a unified Xinchuang cloud foundation for Shenneng Property Insurance Co., Ltd.'s two data centers and related business scenarios, providing foundational support for future business system hosting and digital innovation.
01 / ONE CLOUD MULTI-CHIP — Unified Hosting of Heterogeneous Infrastructure
The project builds a full-stack Xinchuang private cloud based on the ZStack cloud platform, using the "One Cloud, Multi-Chip" capability to uniformly manage domestic computing resources of different architectures, and pooling compute, storage, and network into a unified resource pool. In financial Xinchuang environments, the long-term coexistence of multiple technology architectures has become the norm. If different infrastructure is built and managed separately, it can easily lead to resource fragmentation and rising operations complexity. Through a unified cloud platform, Shenneng Property Insurance Co., Ltd. can bring resources of different architectures into a unified management system, providing a more flexible foundation for business migration, resource expansion, and subsequent technology evolution.
02 / LEGACY & EVOLUTION — Balancing Legacy Reuse and Continuous Evolution
While advancing domestic substitution, this project also fully considers the existing IT environment and prior investments. By being compatible with existing infrastructure and adopting a cloud-native architecture oriented toward future expansion, the platform can reduce the complexity of transformation while smoothly hosting existing business, and provide more flexible resource delivery capabilities for new business. This approach avoids large-scale "rebuilding from scratch," enabling domestic substitution and continuous business operation to advance in parallel, while also reserving room for future infrastructure upgrades.
03 / CONTINUITY & SECURITY — Integrating Business Continuity and Security into Infrastructure
Insurance business has high requirements for system stability, data security, and continuous operation. Centered on these core needs, the project builds data protection and disaster recovery capabilities on the basis of dual data centers, and combines a unified security and operations system to centrally manage, monitor, and respond to failures across the infrastructure. As the underlying infrastructure moves from fragmented construction to unified cloudification, business continuity also extends from assurance at the level of individual devices or systems to the entire cloud platform level, providing foundational support for the stable operation of critical business.
04 / UNIFIED OPERATIONS — Moving from "Resource Construction" to "Unified Operations"
Once Xinchuang infrastructure is truly put into long-term use, operations and maintenance management is equally critical. Through capabilities such as unified resource management, automated operations, monitoring and alerting, and high availability, the project reduces the complexity of day-to-day management in multi-architecture, multi-device environments, and improves infrastructure delivery and operations efficiency. Currently, the project has completed overall platform construction and entered actual application, continuously supporting the operation of Shenneng Property Insurance Co., Ltd.'s relevant business systems, and will further expand its application scope as digital construction deepens.

For Shenneng Property Insurance Co., Ltd., the value of this construction goes beyond completing domestic substitution. Through the unified Xinchuang cloud foundation, previously fragmented infrastructure can gradually achieve resource pooling, unified management, and elastic scheduling; through the synergy of the cloud platform with security, operations, and disaster recovery capabilities, the infrastructure also evolves from simply "providing resources" to supporting stable business operation and continuous operation. At the same time, this infrastructure also reserves room for future digital innovation. According to the project plan, the platform can further support big data, AI, and other innovative applications in the future, providing more stable and scalable infrastructure capabilities for sustained business innovation.
From this practice, it can be seen that financial Xinchuang is gradually moving from "completing domestic substitution" to "truly putting domestic infrastructure into use and operating it."
What the cloud platform needs to address is no longer just compatibility with domestic software and hardware, but also heterogeneous resource management, business continuity, long-term operations, and future-oriented expansion capabilities. From the second edition to the present, ZStack has received recognition in four consecutive editions of the "Dingxin Cup" Digital Transformation Application Innovation Practice.
