The Macao session of the ZStack Cloud Computing System Engineer (ZCCE) certification training, jointly hosted by the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the Macao Science Center, and ZStack, recently concluded successfully.
Technical backbone staff and industry professionals from across Macao gathered for a three-day immersive, full-time offline intensive program, collectively injecting strong "cloud momentum" into the digitalization of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

As the Greater Bay Area advances its "Digital Smart Bay Area" initiative, cloud computing — as the core foundation of next-generation digital infrastructure — has become a critical pillar driving industrial digitalization and intelligent transformation.
As a core hub city of the Greater Bay Area, Macao is accelerating its digital city development and the upgrading of its real economy, fueling steadily growing demand for professional, hands-on cloud computing talent.
Focused on the digitalization needs of Macao's local industries and built on ZStack's self-developed, independent and controllable cloud computing technology stack, the training systematically covered cloud computing fundamentals, platform architecture design, and engineering practice — centered on key scenarios of enterprise-grade cloud platform construction.

The three-day intensive curriculum centered on hands-on IT application innovation (Xinchuang) practice, directly addressing the core pain points and cutting-edge scenarios of enterprise cloud platform construction, with learning and practice fully integrated throughout:
Independent and controllable architecture: in-depth analysis of VMware alternatives and migration/selection paths;
Deep dive into underlying architecture: systematic mastery of cloud infrastructure architecture and network & storage models;
Engineering-level practical exercises: drawing on rich Xinchuang case studies, hands-on operation of key processes such as dual-node local storage deployment, architecture design, storage deployment, virtual machine migration, and backup & O&M.

To help participants genuinely apply what they learned, the training featured daily hands-on labs and assessments, tightly integrating theory with engineering practice to comprehensively enhance their capabilities in cloud platform deployment, architecture design, and operations & management.

Professional talent is the essential foundation of digital development. Going forward, ZStack will continue to pursue independent innovation, deepen its cooperation with industries, education, and talent development across regions worldwide, and share cutting-edge cloud computing technology and practical experience to help cultivate more high-caliber, hands-on cloud computing professionals.
